Level up your health: Blender giveaway!

Many recipes in the vegan-sphere require the use of a blender, food processor, juicer, or other pulverizing-type of machines.

So I was super excited when Slimkicker.com offered to partner with Hungry Lifetarian for a FREE blender giveaway.

slim kicker

SlimKicker is an online calorie tracker that takes your health/fitness goals and turns them into a level-up game. So you can choose to do challenges such as, “do 100 sit ups for one week.” You will then earn points that will eventually enable you to level up.

As personal incentive, you can upload a picture of something you’ll reward yourself with, such as an iPad, and when you reach a certain number of points, they’ll remind you to reward yourself.

In addition to being a super fun and easy way to increase your fitness, SlimKicker also has lots of recipe ideas such as this chicken soup recipe for medifast

Just substitute some tofu and vegetable bouillon and you have a delicious soup. For a creamy version, just blend all the broth prior to adding in the tofu. YUMM.

So how do you win the blender?

1)Well firstly, you must live in the USA (for shipping).

2)Next, you must leave your challenge ideas as comments on this post…such as squatting during commercials…going vegan for a week…meditating for 30 minutes each evening…you get the idea

The contest will end by Sunday April 7th, and I’ll announce the winner on the blog. You will then get your special blender.

Good Luck!

My challenge: go the gym early in the morning for a month, so you won’t get discouraged as the day goes on.

My challenge is to have a different vegetable/salad for lunch and dinner every day. That way, I won’t get tired of eating the same thing.
